That was quick. On just July 9th, they were touting the opening of Vanilla Bake Shop in Santa Monica, and have also tipped off Cupcakes Take the Cake to numerous other cupcake bakeries. We find through our readers and the sheer number of cupcake bakeries opening all over the country and world that cupcakes are in fact increasing in popularity.
