Winter Sucks So Badly, Even Penguins Need Prozac

Dude, winter is so awful that penguins in the UK need prozac.

In the British sanctuary Sea Life Centre, Wild Humboldt penguins are receiving antidepressants because they can’t take the crap weather slamming Britain. Says staffer Lyndsey Crawford of the penguin plight:

“After the first week out birds were just a bit subdued, but after over a month now, they are thoroughly fed-up and miserable, much like the rest of us.”

Truer words were never spoken, Lyndsey. The Guardian reports that misery can reduce the penguins natural defenses more than even us humans and that’s why the birds need drugs. Now, all that’s left for the animal caretakers to do is pray that the weather perks up, as we all are. Lord Jesus please be a day of sunshine and 70 degrees.
