Yesterday I had the extreme pleasure of attending the Arrested Development reunion at the New Yorker Festival, and by "extreme pleasure," I promise I'm not exaggerating. Being a mega-fan of the show a since it first aired, I found myself simultaneously cheering, clapping, and half-crying while my insides fluttered nonstop (and felt something like this.) It was an Arrested fan's wet dream come to life, and when the cast announced that they were perusing a movie and a TV series within the next year or so, it became anyone with great taste in comedy's wet dream. I fancied myself a pretty die-hard fan already, but ended up spending the entire hour-and-a-half long panel being delighted at all of the new show trivia I was learning. NBC's Up All Night premiered last night, and I, for one, was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. But then again, given that the show was produced by SNL's Lorne Michaels and boasts a cast that includes Maya Rudolph, Christina Applegate, and Will Arnett, I was pretty much sold before watching. Lindsay Is Just Forgetful, You Guys

According to the police report in Lindsay Lohan's jewelry jacking case, on January 18, four days before the alleged necklace incident, LL went to Kamofie & Company — the store in question — and tried on a pair of 18 karat gold white diamond earrings. She then took off one earring and left the other in her ear while she shopped. And! When she was finished browsing, she started to leave the store while still wearing the earring. The report states, "[The clerk] stopped her and reminded Ms. Lohan she was still wearing the earring. Ms. Lohan laughed, admitted to her mistake and removed the earring from her ear and returned it to [the clerk]." The defense can argue that LL absentmindedly left her own, more expensive earrings on the counter and forgets stuff like that all the time. Absentminded! The kid's not a klepto! [TMZ]

Lindsay Lohan's hearing is February 23. Rumor: Lindsay is willing to plead guilty to make the case go away, provided she doesn't get any jail or prison time. [TMZ]
