A reader sent us this Victorian postcard, and we sorta love it. An elegantly dressed, wasp-waisted, buttoned-up young lady is being approached by a stork carrying a baby — and she is trying to fend off the bird with her parasol. The copy reads: "And The Villain Still Pursues Her." Le plus ça change and all that.
