Tucker Max Sued By Duke Law

Three-time World Douchebag Champion Tucker Max is reportedly being sued by Duke Law School, his alma mater. Why?

Unfortunately, it’s not for being offensively boring. It’s not for making a movie version of his book I Hope They Serve Beer In Hell. It’s not for secretly authoring the now-infamous Fuck List under a female pseudonym*. And it’s not for “something cool, like defamation.” According to his Twitter feed, the legal dispute is over unpaid tuition and that if it gets funny, he’ll let us know.
