Perhaps you've seen trucks or trailers with large rubber testicles attached to the back? Virginia state delegate Lionel Spruill has introduced a bill to ban "displaying replicas of human genitalia." He claims the big balls are a safety issue, because drivers can get distracted. Spruill was prompted to take action when a constituent's young daughter asked her father to explain the nutsacks. Spruill also had the stones to say he'll bring a set of the $24.95 trailer testicles with him for legislative show-and-tell.
