Time-Lapse of Little Girl Walking to School Is Absolutely Delightful

Kids grow up so fast! (Like, 2 minutes fast.)

A New York City-based dad started taking photos of his daughter’s two-and-a-half block walk to school the year she started kindergarten. Two-and-a-half years (and 1380 photos) later, he’s managed to photograph the entire (small) journey and create a time-lapse that shows changing seasons and his daughter’s rapid growth.

The final product is heartwarming and heart-wrenching. It’s marvelous to watch the little girl change, but it also makes you want to hit the pause button on life for awhile. Since that’s not an option, you’ll have to content yourself with watching this time-lapse on repeat.
