The Little Sisters of the Poor have lost their battle against the Affordable Care Act’s birth control coverage requirement. The Sisters, a religious nonprofit, claimed they were forced to be “complicit” in delivering birth control to their employees by having to opt out of it. In their order, the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that doesn’t really make any sense.
