    The situation in Nicaragua is so bad. They recently outlawed ALL abortions. Because there is no statute in their law allowing for an abortion (even if it's required to protect the pregnant woman's life) 33 women have died from pregnancy complications so far this year.

    I donated two abortions last year as I grew up in a country with no access to abortion and know how vital choice really is.
