    Something about this bothers me. I mean fair enough, she didn't want to get married before. Good for her. If she suddenly wanted love in her life and companionship, good for her. But to look into getting married basically just to use someone? Hire yourself a care giver. I don't know, if she were a guy this post would have had a very different tone to it. This isn't romantic or cute.

    @Khrushchev: Yeah, this creeps me the fuck out. And the Anne Geddes stuff gives me a sensation of creeping, numbing wrongness. You know that cold, stomach-plummeting feeling when you realize that you've forgotten something important on a big day, or when you can finally pinpoint something unpleasant that's been hitherto hovering in your periphery?
