    I take a bit of comfort in the fact that even celebrities' stomachs will be a hot mess of poochy skin after a particularly large pregnancy. There's no way she's getting out of that unscathed.


    Unless she's won the supple skin genetic lottery, which shall just make me sigh and pat my kangaroo pouch and dream of midriff-baring shirts.

    @Cafezinha: aww. kangaroo pouch actually sounds really cute. I know you're probably scowling at me right now but I think its cute you refer to it as such.


    I hope i have my mothers skin cause she seemed to recover quite normally... never like PERFECT WASHBOARD but skin wise she seemed okay. I should probably drink more water starting now just to be extra nice to my skin!

    @KentuckyBabe: No, I'm not scowling. I actually have a really good sense of humour about it, despite my grousing to the contrary. :)


    My mother got the same kind of loose skin, so there wasn't much hope for me, especially since I had twins. But I am mad at myself for not appreciating my smooth stomach before. I got in super shape post-bebbehs...but the twin skin remains.

    Sort of off-topic, but seeing pictures of pregnant people every day has made me have dreams every night that I am also pregnant. And, for some reason, I am always going into labour in these dreams.

    @twinpeaks: My mom says dreaming of babies means good luck. You have to actually see the baby in the dream, though, not just the labor part...so I don't know.
