    @DontFearTheReaper: Having briefly worked developing a reality show I do agree that a lot is faked and they've obviously cast a "type" but I don't see anyone, anywhere going, "Okay, who's gonna put booze in their cooch? Anyone?" And as you can see it was too much. I'm sure the producers flat out told him "Those two take it too far. They gotta go." And he probably agreed. He's trying to sell tickets to his shows. There's a level of crazy where it simply becomes counter-productive and they hit it immediately.
