    Can I also say that I probably would not have given money to the fake charity girl on the street (unless I literally had change in-hand anyway) because I feel like those are sometimes scams (which this one WAS!). I don't think that makes me a bad person. I give money to charity in other ways, and that's FINE!

    I dunno, the NPR "Fresh Air" TV critic said that "Momma's Boys" is the worst show on TV and that it actually was so bad it made him reconsider his career as a TV critic. But this looks pretty awful too.

    Sadly, I watch this show, only because it's on after The Bachelor, which I only watch for the chuckle factor and because this bachelor seems genuinely sweet, and these people?


    NOT BEAUTIFUL. I don't know where they came from, but I've seen more beautiful people walking through Target. Seriously. And the egos are beyond immense, to the point where I just want to throw things at the screen, but it's a nice HDTV and my hubs would have a meltdown if I did.


    Grrrr....why do I watch such trash? Why?

    @gerbilsoutofexile.anti-depressant withdrawal back with a ve...: This Bachelor seems great; he's from near Seattle, so I read a big article in the local paper about him. I like him a lot. The women seem a little needy and demanding, though; I don't think I like that.

    @Treeless: @sequined: He was the bachelor that bitchy girl turned down last Bachelorette. He's a single daddy and just seems so nice.


    And there are some crazy chicks on this go-round. Well, there always are, but seriously. It's also different that there are single moms included, especially this one young mother whose husband was killed in a plane crash when thier daughter was only 10 weeks old. She's a little strained looking, but very kind.

    Oh, come one, it's much more entertaining than that. In the first episode the first 'temptation' was leaving out a pile of medical files on the other contestants and seeing if the Beautiful People could resist. The second episode featured CJ and whatsherface pretending they were a fucking charity to rip people off for money. And various Beautiful People shaking their moneymaker for free clothes. The bike 'test' is just the final test to decide which of the 'bottom 2' get cut. I think it's freaking hilarious, I watch it when 'Momma's Boys' is on commercial.
