    Not to sound like a twit, but Brits really find it annoying when Americans call Brighton "Brighton Beach" (as if beach were a part of the proper name). I got endlessly harassed about it every time it came out of my mouth (quite uncontrollably). It's obviously why we do it, but the city's name is just Brighton. It happens to be on the Channel.

    I worked for a professor who had a Rhodesian Ridgeback. He was the sweetest, yet dumbest baby ever. Seriously. If he saw a squirrel out the window, he plant himself by the window and stay there for HOURS. On more than one occassion, I had to drag him away from the window for her (they are suprisingly large dogs). His antics certainly made grading papers go faster, though.

    I don't think it's right for this woman to sue to find out the identity of her biological father. He's a sperm donor, that's it. Part of the reason people continue to donate eggs and sperm for infertile couples is the anonymity. However, I'm TOTALLY for being allowed access to their medical records and other non-identifying information.
