Not even gonna lie, I fucking LOVE Kristin. And next season will be the first Hills season I will actually sit down and watch because of that love. I was getting so fucking bored of Lauren's condescension and passive aggressive attitude, time for some balls out confrontations. And that "PIPE DOWN, STEPHANIE!" Uhm, hi.. hero?

I admit that Holly may have been wrong, but I find I'm much looser and can do inappropriate things with my siblings, in every day life. Sometimes I forget and some of that behavior spills over into public events where it's considered inappropriate. Not sure what she did was such a huge deal.

Stephanie looked like a jealous wierdo in my eyes. Every bride has different ideas of the duties that they want a maid of honor to perform. If Heidi didn't ask Holly to do certain things, then it's okay that she didn't.

I found the whole show bizarre and crass.

Brody-what a dick!! Spencer seemed pretty genuine and that's REALLY saying a lot. And as for the shenanigans at the rehearsal dinner, yes, Holly was wrong. Also she and her mom both appeared to be a little pie-eyed. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but they both probably felt like fools the next day. As for Kristen coming back, I (shamefacedly) agree that the show will undoubtedly be a good deal more interesting with Lauren gone and Kristen ruling with a drunken iron fist. She always seemed more normal than any of the others on the show. Not nearly as bland. I have to admit I never really cared for LC; she just always seemed so dull and like she was never really present, somehow.

Why, no, I don't have a life. What gave it away?

Also, Kristin Cavelleri must be the biggest loser ever. She has nothing better to do than pick up Lauren Conrad's sloppy seconds constantly? Why don't these women have SOMETHING ELSE going on with their lives? Like, I don't know, say - SCHOOL?

It's like those people who compete on the Real World/Road Rules Challenges every single season...don't they have JOBS that require them to not take off for months to go fuck around in some other country?

@JinxyMcDeath: Go look up what Lauren Conrad made off with financially per year by doing the Hills (I believe the ballpark amount was 2.5 million dollars). That's a sloppy seconds that I'd be ALL over.

Why Heidi's sister would throw food at her brother at a wedding dinner rehearsal is beyond me...and at the same time, for god sakes, she threw food at her brother. Let's not make this the biggest deal ever. It was rude, but when Spencer came out to "smooth things over" by essentially telling HEIDI'S FAMILY that they were wrong and ruining it for Heidi, so lets just go back inside. Way to make things better.

Also, can we talk about what a fucking pussy Heidi is!? She had OTHER people talk to Lauren for her, she had her hated husband talk to her mother and sister when the fight had nothing to do with Spencer and everything to do with her - it's like, "get yourself together and handle your own shit." Also, huge mistake marring Spencer. HUGE.

@JinxyMcDeath: I don't know... it's that usually the way couple react around wedding time, especially the groom. It just seemed like he wanted to make the wedding as special for Heidi as possible. If it was my wedding, it'd be a nice gesture for my husband to go over and basically say, "This is not your day, this is your duaghter's/sister's day. Don't fuck it up for her, alright?" which is essentially what he tried to do.

@cannotedit: I disagree. I think it's ridiculous to send the husband your mother and sister hate to clean up a fight you're having with them. If my mom and sister are mad, it's MY duty as a daughter and sister to deal with it. It's her family, HER problem.

I have never watched a full episode of The Hills, so I am a little behind. But goddamn, this Justin Bobby character is hot!?

Since leaving LA two years ago, I have always wondered when the Silverlake/Echo Park homeless hipster style would trickle down to the Hollywood douches. I always knew that when it happened my mind would be fucked with and I would start lusting after people who hang out on Sunset and in, uh, the hills. I guess this time has come. I stopped watching The Hills after the first season because I just couldn't handle the alternately made-up drama and mind-numbingly boring plotlines, but now that Kristin is on it I may give it another shot. She was always the best thing about Laguna.
