I mean, shouldn't the sentence be something more along the lines of "Il faut que tu parles avec moi seulement en francais"? That sentence, as you transcribed it, seems completely unidiomatic.
How do you say, on a job interview, "I *do* speak this language, but you don't, and therefore I cannot comprehend your gibberish?"
