This makes me think of Adam Buxton's impression of Buffalo Bill. "Put the lotion in the basket." It makes me giggle like an idiot.

Also, I wish I looked this great in my workout clothes. That said, if I did, I probably wouldn't bother to work out.

I hope she doesn't wear those trainers inside the gym. I get annoyed when people wear their crap covered trainers on the same floor where I place my hands and the rest of my body to exercise.

@Rare Affinity: At my gym, you have to take off your shoes before you can go on the floor mats where people stretch, do push-ups, etc., and then you have to spray your area down with the vinegar/water solution when you leave.

It's only the squash court where you have to wear indoor-only shoes. (Although my gym has a rooftop running track, so I guess they really couldn't ask people not to wear outside shoes.)

I nearly single-handedly derailed the last show on their last tour. I slammed face-first into Adam Clayton's chest at a hotel in Hawaii and knocked him to the ground pretty hard. Helped him up and he apologized to me(!) for being clumsy. Wasn't until he opened his mouth that I recognized him, and then I was a mumbling mass of fangirl.

My husband just kind of stood there open-mouthed. He knew who'd taken the brunt of my huge noggin.

Sometimes being a klutz is awesome.

Plus, I quoted him on these boards just today!

Plus, I will never, ever, ever apologize for thinking them the greatest (living) rock band on earth. They are the only band I am willing to see in a big, fuck-off arena, and they knock that shit out of the park every. single. time. I've had my tickets for their Chicago September show since about 30 seconds after they went on sale (and yes, I joined the fan club so that I could have first crack).

I love them, I love them, I love them. Have I mentioned that I love them?

Oh, and PS - Pop is a great album. There! I fucking said it!

(Can we close comments now? Because I have a feeling I'm going to be piled on in 3, 2, 1...).

@ellaesther: I ain't going to pile on. I've seen them three times - I was third row for their Pop tour when they came to Salt Lake City and I was in heaven. I have tickets to see them again in October.

They were by far my most favorite band throughout all of high school and most of my 20s. My favorite album of theirs is Achtung Baby - the last three tracks are AMAZING. Great makeout music.

(Also, I kind of like Zooropa. Don't yell at me.)
