I haven't watched in awhile, but I always felt more sympathy for Taylor than Rachel. Taylor was sometimes way too snippy, but I think a lot of that had to do with what a crappy boss Rachel is. When she hired Brad to help Taylor, she refused to clearly delineate tasks for Brad or any kind of hierarchy. Which would be fine if Rachel was able to delegate fairly, instead of being so intent on being friends with her employees. The conflict over the Paris trip never should have happened, either Rachel should have taken the most senior or based it on what work was needed in LA. It shouldn't have been a test to see who was the most selfless. I was hoping for Taylor to quit and move on to a less drama filled job. #taylorleavesrachelzoe

Taylor seems insufferable...but very good at her job. But from how the Hollywood styling career looks, I can't see one doesn't become insufferable. Brad is a bit too casual and Rachel is a bit too dependent on others. I can see why Taylor loses it, but she appears (via an edited TV show) to do it all the time. But you know, maybe it was working for Zoe that made her so pissy. I would be mad if I were a talented stylist and I spent most of my time unpacking boxes and hanging clothes on racks while my boss galavanted around France going to the Chanel show. #taylorleavesrachelzoe

@JinxyMcDeath: Yeah, and to work for someone so non-confrontational would be a struggle for me. She always bitched about that, but I wonder if it wasn't working for Zoe's husband who probably didn't have a problem with confrontation that resulted in termination. #taylorleavesrachelzoe

I have literally never seen anyone be as openly rude and disrespectful to their boss as Taylor on the Rachel Zoe Project. I hope she's at least nicer to her own clients. Also, I like her hair. Good luck Taylor! You are so unpleasant! #taylorleavesrachelzoe

@HereComesMyBaby: Have you SEEN the show? I would say I have definitely literally never seen someone be that rude to their boss without the boss getting angry or there being consequences. Rachel seems to endure Taylor's attitude without ever reprimanding her. She just has a totally toxic personality. #taylorleavesrachelzoe
