I mean, not to be a judgey-mcjudgerpants, but I feel like that's probably not something you want to go around telling someone who is deciding whether or not to give you a job. Not saying that it SHOULD be the dealbreaker, but just saying, what if she got an interviewer that wasn't as nice/understanding as you?

While I'd love to have money for grad school and I've fantasized about what it'd be like to have a sugar daddy, I simply cannot get over the ick factor. Plus what does this sort of relationship do to the sugar babies' perception of what a relationship is? It's not real. You're not 'rescuing' the man from the clutches of an evil wife. @Reinette: Depending on your field, and if you plan to do a Ph.D instead of a masters, some uni's will pay for your tuition+classes+healthcare. That's the only way I can afford gradschool, btw.

Geez! Ccan we stop hurling insults at the 18 year old girl/woman?

I certainly do not agree not approve of this type of "relationship" but I am noticing that their seems to be a type of man that falls/goes for the much younger,fresh car smelling type of gal. He thinks it will be so much less complicated because she will be so incredibly impressed by his life experience ( see older man) /financial situation and you know..at that age..they are not bitter/soiled/used/

As a mother, I find this sickening. I've been on my own since I was 18 and never once did I have to lower myself to be someone's whore. Because that's exactly what they are. This is not dating. He's a married man and you are his sperm catcher. And the more he gives you finacially, the more sperm you catch. And then one day he shows up with his friends and says "by the way I need you to catch his sperm too. It's okay because I pay your rent and my friend has brought you some new shoes." I've been teaching my girls the power of the na-na and the fact that the right to smell it and explore it needs to be EARNED by the person seeking entrance. I'm ranting - and I'm sorry. But buy your own damn shoes like I do. MAKE YOUR OWN MONEY. Thank you; I'm done now.
