Just pop in some Janet Jackson/Paula Abdul/Madonna/Jody Watley and you are good to go with losing some weight, TRUST. I dance around to them almost every day in my apartment and you'd be amazed at how much cardio you get from just jumping around the house doing the "Rhythm Nation" dance verbatim.

I will pay someone money, for serious.
I never have my arms going in the right direction - the dancers are doing that back-to-forward full arm thing while I'm still trying to do the small side-to-side isolation - and when it gets to the part where the solo dancer does the multiple pirouettes in passe and then goes right down to the split, I would really like to know if there's a safe way to do that if one hasn't attended daily class in *ahem* some time.

my dancing looks like dumb flailing, and i have zero rhythm, so fuck it. dancing is an exercise in futility, if you ask me.
