Man in Custody After Bringing Explosive Device, Knives Into Women's Clinic 

A 19-year-old man has been taken into custody after he was found carrying a small explosive device into the South Wind Women’s Center in Kansas. Police has not released the man’s name but allege that he had made an appointment with the clinic. Whether he was at the clinic to cause harm is still unclear to authorities. »8/18/15 2:45pm
