The question still remains as to what image-sculpting professional teaches Gwyenth her self-important half-grins. #tracyanderson

There used to be YouTubes of Rafa training with his bands; they're not all up there anymore.

Not having looked at her routine, I'd still guess she stole some moves from Clara and Joe.
(The reason they use small and not big weights is because unless you train your core all the time, the human back can't support an excess amount of weight at the end of a lever like the arm or leg without strain.)
But I was born in Indiana, so I may just be biased like that. #tracyanderson

You do cardio to promote cardiovascular health or you do it when training for endurance activities.
You do it to support actual fitness.
Doing cardio "serious" cardio six days a week is stupid and damaging to
your health. Cardio is the most ridiculous way of loosing weight or keeping weight off.
You want to stay in shape? You want to actually be fit?
Lift weights. Heavy ones. Don't use machines, use barbells and do compound lifts.
"But I don't want to get huuuge"
Don't worry, you won't. It's called "looking roided out" for a reason.
Youtube "Sarah Bertram: tough as nails", she is a competitive lifter. She is about the high mark for being muscular that most women will achieve doing compound lifts. Like squats, deadlifts, bench press, press, and the power clean, you know proper strength building lifting.
Now, you could get more muscular than her, but that would take lots of isolation exercises like curling in the squat rack. The other way to become more muscular than her? ROIDS LOTS OF ROIDS.
/rant against fitness pros and the cult like mentality they have about cardio. Sorry for careening off topic.

Women CANNOT bulk up without years, YEARS, of hard lifting on top of genetics at the very least. And yes, most women would have to take the 'roids.
I think this woman came up with a novelty workout, and when the novelty wears off, her moment will be over. The main trick, so far as I can tell, is just to make these women workout for hours and hours, most days of the week. #tracyanderson

Ahahahah, sucks to be you, Gwen. I just turned 35 and I run 10 miles a week and eat whatever the hell I want. Amazingly, I have not spontaneously combusted! #tracyanderson

I think I've been running for a long enough time that it just doesn't count as serious cardio for me (which probably means I should go faster, but I really don't feel like it!).

Don't worry! You'll be fine. Once you've put the training in your body will handle it, the trick is to enjoy the day and the experience. The very best of luck to you. #tracyanderson
