    This sounds really creepy and scary. And maybe it's just me, but I wouldn't feel very human if I was asked to put a bag over my head to be "studied". I'd feel like a specimen. Or a mannequin. With eye-holes, even. Geesh.

    @fireflyinjuly: Oddly, no. This was the 50s. They were trying to see if homosexual men respond to the bodies (sans heads) of naked women. Or actually to be accurate, the bodies of women concealed by robes.


    This was the infamous study which title begins "Well, if we put a bag over her head, then can you....?"
