    Losing my mother was very traumatic. I don't know if I'll ever get over it. And now I'm older than my mom was when she died, which is pretty strange. She died when she was 35. [I lived with my father after that], he was a salesman and only in his early 60s when he died [of complications from diabetes]. I was 20. I miss him every day.

    So now we know what made Don Draper's eyes tear up so beautifully in the Carousel scene. Nostalgia indeed. #kourtneykardashianburglary

My personal bete noir is people at concerts holding their iPhones up to record the show and watching on the screen, instead of experiencing the actual gig, thus blocking the view for people (me) standing behind them.     @Diziet_Sma: That makes me crazy! I went to the Flight of the Conchords, and - maybe it's because of the high young-hipster factor - but the phones and the cameras and the flashes were so annoying as to be distracting. They even bothered the performers! You'd think that when you've blinded the person you've paid $30 to watch perform, you might think about putting down the fucking camera/phone and just enjoying.

    I am also thinking about the Goth kid with the NIN lyrics tattooed on his arm who spent the entire show with a video camera up to his face. If you like the band so much you get their lyrics permanently etched on your body, I'd think you'd actually want to pay attention when you can see them live. #kourtneykardashianburglary

    I watched Whitney on the X-Factor last night, and her dress did indeed break.

    She also came across as not very with it (especially during the interview). People are asking if she was high, it was either that or she has some long term damage from the drugs (think Bob Dylan, Brian Wilson, Ozzy Osbourne etc etc)

    Oooh no no, it wasn't the hanger stability things that popped out of Whitney's dress--the straps at the back that were meant to hold it as a kind of inbuilt bra just straight up broke. Honestly it was kind of a sad performance; she didn't seem with it at all. #kourtneykardashianburglary

    @Dodai: I did too at first but it was later confirmed that the real dress straps broke. They were sticking out perpendicular to her body, not hanging the way the hanger things do. She stood there and fiddled with them for a painfully long time in the middle of the song... #kourtneykardashianburglary
