Although she is not chunky at all, the 17-year-old appears on the cover of Tatler magazine looking whittled down, to say the least. Click the picture for a larger view. [Mirror]

<![CDATA[ Want to get a glimpse into Buckingham Palace?...]]> Want to get a glimpse into Buckingham Palace? Queen Elizabeth II of England has just launched her own YouTube video site, The Royal Channel, which fetaures archival footage of the Queen and new segments on royal "daily life." (Wake up? Play with Corgies? Drink tea? Contemplate mixing up the gene pool?) Queen Elizabeth will also be using YouTube to make her annual Christmas address. Says a rep: "She has always been aware of reaching more people and adapting the communication to suit. This will make the Christmas message more accessible to younger people and those in other countries." Yeah, of all the stuff on YouTube, what the young people want is more speeches from the Queen.
