    Am I the only person who thinks there's no way in hell Hefner is actually having sex with all his "girlfriends"? I mean, I have never seen an episode of that show with them but I've seen pictures where he looks like the Crypt Keeper and they are basically just standing next to him "pretending" to kiss him and smiling really huge for the cameras. Even if he popped Viagra every night I can't see him being that 'ready to go' ... he just looks so old and tired to me!

    @f_t_e: my best friend, when she introduced me to the show, postulated a theory: he just watches them all have sex. he's wanted them all to appear as similar to that look as possible so the twins are probably the culmination.

    @f_t_e: Actually, there was a male Jez commenter from sometime ago whose ex-girlfriend was one of Hef's seven girlfriends before the Holly/Bridget/Kendra trio and apparently, yes, he has sex with all of them. Said commenter went into great detail about the sex, including clean up, and this is why I only remember this and now spend hours scraping the insides of my head with a potato peeler.

    All of Hef's girlfriends are very young yet they look much older than they are. It makes me sad because SOMETHING took away their youth, and I have a feeling it is the same thing that makes them shack up with 83 year old men.

    @rd2uk: Perhaps by listing her parents' nationalities she's hoping to illustrate an ethnic identity that doesn't fall into a tidy category. Many Americans do that.

    @Kajj: Yeah, I think if she tried to explain her actual ethnicity some people's heads might explode. You've accomplished something if you get them to even try and find Cape Verde on a map.

    I'm fairly certain she understands the distinction but I would guess most of the people asking her this question do not.

    I didn't know Hugh's "girlfriends" were THAT young. I thought they were at least early 20's.

    WHERE ARE THEIR PARENTS?!?! Christ, if he had started "dating" them just a little bit younger at least we could have called CPS.
