Also, Andrew Sachs said as long as they edited out bits of the call that were the most offensive, he was fine when them playing it on the air. Now he is all up in arms. I used to like Manual. Now I just think of Andrew Sachs as a crazy-ass old dude.

Re. Ms Aniston. Sooo, I understand that many celebs have a deal with a paparazzi agency. They pose for faked pap shots, and received a percentage of the income from them. This works well - they get to control how they're seen, and they also get money, even if the story about accompanying the photos is negative.
Also, if they want to go on holiday they get the faked shots done and published, therefore guaranteeing they'll be left alone by other photographers, who won't get any cash because their own snatched shots don't reach the editors till after the "official" ones.
Maybe that's what the editor means about Jen?
