@YourDoctrinaire: Absolutely. Neither would an ULTRA-Orthodox likely allow herself to be photographed for a news outlet. Many very religious Jewish papers do not contain photographs of women. Others photoshop sleeves or longer skirts. I say this as a woman who has had to accomodate said restrictions.
