"Botax" Out, Tan Tax In
After the American Medical Association complained that the health care bill's proposed 5% tax on elective cosmetic surgery discriminated against women, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid removed the "botax" in favor of a 10% tax on indoor tanning. [WSJ] -
