Ritual Circumcision Remains Deadly For Xhosa Boys
At least 36 Xhosa boys in South Africa have died this year taking part in a manhood ritual that involves undergoing ritual circumcision under unsanitary conditions. Deaths among youths taking part in the ceremonies are, sadly, not uncommon . [UPI]
