D.C. Takes Steps To Recognize Gay Marriages
Hot D.C. mayor Adrian Fenty will decide soon whether to sign recently-passed legislation recognizing same-sex marriages and civil unions performed elsewhere. Unfortunately, Congress will get to review it before it can become law. [Washington Times]
