    I like PR but I wish it were more about showcasing talent instead of stirring up stupid drama. They keep the nutballs with less talent and creativity around and they impose such insane time restrictions, along with the chronic sleep deprivation, that we don't get a sense of what anyone is capable of until the final show.


    I rolled my eyes so hard when the judges complained that they all sent stapled together suits down the runway for the Tiki Barber menswear challenge.

    this is so, so disappointing. PR was supposed to be the shining light of reality-tv-based-hope in this otherwise sick sad world.

    But Project Runway has gotten so boring.


    I can't remember any real memorable faces from last season and when it was on the air, I often found myself letting 9 PM go by without turning to Bravo. It just lost its...dazzle, I guess.


    This is why I petition to have Santino compete in every season.

    I'll be happy to see Season 6 'cause I think it's already been filmed, right? Then I'll decide. I wasn't tired of it yet.


    But I am tired of "Top Chef" and havent' watched it.

    To translate this into litigation strategy talk for non-Jezelawyers (albeit without having read the papers):


    "Untimely" means that Lifetime's lawyers let the statutory time for removal of the case to a federal court elapse. Since Lifetime undoubtedly has expensive lawyers working on this, they were likely aware of the time limitation and let the deadline lapse expecting a settlement. Once unable to settle, they tried to go back to how they would have proceeded had they actually expected to litigate this issue. So this means Bravo's sticking to its guns and believes it has a pretty strong case here.
