    I went to a catholic elementary school with a Nun principal. She was the sweetest woman I have ever met. During the years when my parents could not afford to pay the monthly tuition, she would create jobs around the school for my mom and dad to help out. I received the best education thanks to her.

    @barb95: The so-called Catholic Schools I went to were NOTHING like that.

    The nuns I experienced would cut a bitch before helping her cross the street.

    Am I crazy or are their habits kind of amazing?  I would never want to have to wear

    one but they are so architectural and beautifully made.  I live in CA and am not 

    Catholic, so they are a rare sight for me.  I don't care for what they stand for but

    I kind of like to look at them.

    @MissFiFi: Actually, no - public school. My mom's residual Catholicness rubbed off on my brother and I as children before we went non-denominational. He wants to be a professor but lives a little like a priest. He's old for 27.
