She needs to STFU already about "rationing care" and "death panels." Fuck you, lady. You think our health care isn't rationed already? Only in the US would a political party protect an industry that sits around pondering whether to make gender a pre-existing condition under which health care can be denied. Where a victim of domestic violence can be denied health care because she is too high-risk. Where the failure to disclose treatment of a teenage case of acne can cause the termination of a health insurance policy you have paid for faithfully for years under the assumption that if you get cancer, you'd get treatment.
Fuck this fucking country, where Republicans "leaders" can grab whatever microphone is in front of them and yammer on with lies about pulling the plug on your grandma and women traipsing off to get three abortions on their lunch hour and how we have the best health care system in the world.
Fuck you, Sarah Palin, and the horse you rode in on. I hope you get hemmorhoids and end up being denied treatment because you were once pregnant and that's a pre-existing condition. Karma can't come soon enough to suit me. #sarahpalin

My dental only covers half of procedures beyond cleaning, and the time I spent w/out insurance made simple cavities require root canals. So I have had rc's on those teeth, but my shitty dental covers only half of a crown, which is expensive. And some of the crowns won't be covered at all, because they're deemed cosmetic. So I have several uncompleted root canals causing major pain, and I can't get any further on them because every dentist I've seen expects you to pay 100% of the part not covered by insurance. And this is the kinda shit you get when you have insurance. We already have rationed care and frakkin' death panels. #sarahpalin

I fought them for three months to ante up and while they did end up paying, it made me wonder just how much harder they'd fight it if there actually were something wrong with me that would cost a lot more than $180.
Now my company has switched us to another health insurance company that has, at best, 15 percent of the market in this state. The biggest, best research hospital in the state won't take that insurance. I guess I should just hope I don't get hit by a bus.
My colleague gets upset whenever I say the words "public option." He despises the idea of a government-run plan, but the more we hear horror stories about our new health plan, the more I can see the gears in his head thinking, "Gee, maybe we really do need more options..." Ya think??? #sarahpalin

O's trying, and getting nowhere. They just DO NOT care about the people they are screwing. Nor, I think, do all of the GOP/Pfailin fans. All that WWJD stuff goes out the window when there's a poor person to kick and look down on.
The nastiness of the class and race-baiting they are willing to engage in to maintain the status quo is just staggering. Anyone who's been paying attention knows that insurance companies routinely deny claims with impunity, whether people are covered or no. This is needed reform, and there is massive waste to be cut and we're wasting time dealing with "death panels" and "communists." Really?
And you're right, it is going to get even more brutal as it goes to the Senate. I just hope that Harry Reid has the guts to deliver what Madame Speaker has. Or deploys Rahm Emmanuel to close the deal if he can't. If he falls down on the job for this, he needs to be fired. #sarahpalin

That is so, so true. My bf's mother is one of them. She does charity work b/c the Church tells her she should, but that doesn't mean she has any compassion for the people she's serving. I do not get how she can serve a meal to dozens of illegal immigrants, poor people and homeless children and come home and fire off an email railing about how the illegals are taking our jobs, how poor people are faking it because they have cell phones and cable TV and homeless people ended up on the streets because they did something to deserve it, and it's all somehow Obama's fault because he's a socialist Nazi. "It is completely apparent now that our elected officials don't give a tinkers damn what their consituents want. That they would foist this monstrosity on us despite the public outcry against it is almost unimaginable. I hope that there will be many more, larger marches on Washington and that common sense and reason will prevail. But, if last night was any indication, common sense and reason left Washington a long time ago. It is time to clean house (both White and Congressional) and the Senate. I fear that some Repubs are even in on the Dems little scheme, so they too must be weeded out and destroyed. It is time to find the truly conservative and fiscally responsible candidates and back them hard. It will not be easy as there will be much opposition from the Dem machine and their cohorts in crime. But it MUST be done to save this country and our freedoms. God Bless America and God Bless Sarah Palin."
