    I believe the President said that he expected a bill by Thanksgiving, and the Dems have taken that charge seriously. The GOP has not provided any realistic plan of its own, and right now they are just whining. I grow tired of this shite. #sarahpalin

    Pfailin and her many, many followers make me despair for the intelligence of my fellow Americans on the right. It's one thing for this obvious lunatic to be ranting and raving like this, but quite another for her to have such a large following of people who co-sign the ignorance she spews. I wonder what they're so afraid of. Perhaps it's the slow but steady dissipation of their party's and churchs' influence and the realization that people who don't believe as they do are running the show now?     @Hooplehead: But here is the thing, at least in my mind. We didn't give the GOP crap for any and everything. We were against a pointless invasion and had problems with the flagrant abuses of human rights, but our folks didn't just stick our their tongues because an idea came from the other side. I can't deal with the pointless partisanship of today. #sarahpalin

    @badmutha: IMO, we didn't give the GOP nearly enough crap for the Bush Admin's insanity. But that's another rant for another day.

    Re: the partisanship, I agree with you. The problem is, how you reach out to people who are determined to stick their fingers in their ears and believe the worst, no matter what? O's trying, and getting nowhere. The GOP have painted themselves into a tiny corner, and from all appearances their solution to getting out of it does not appear to be doing anything to fix the mess they've left us with. #sarahpalin

    I love how almost 10,000 people on facebook have already "liked" this and how almost all of the 3,000+ comments read like "keep up the good work Sarah! show those dems who's the boss!" and "God bless you and your work. Our fair country needs more people like you in office!" Ugh. This is childish but my favorite comment is "you needed a good ramming, B" #sarahpalin

That they would foist this monstrosity on us despite the public outcry against it is almost unimaginable. I hope that there will be many more, larger marches on Washington and that common sense and reason will prevail. But, if last night was any indication, common sense and reason left Washington a long time ago. It is time to clean house (both White and Congressional) and the Senate. I fear that some Repubs are even in on the Dems little scheme, so they too must be weeded out and destroyed. It is time to find the truly conservative and fiscally responsible candidates and back them hard. It will not be easy as there will be much opposition from the Dem machine and their cohorts in crime. But it MUST be done to save this country and our freedoms. God Bless America and God Bless Sarah Palin."

    I really hate her Political Performance Art a lot. Does she not realize her installation into VP-nominee position was arguably a stunt in the first place, and if she gets too far out on Limb Crazy the Rethugs are going to dump her just like they did Larry What's-His-Face who got busted soliciting (all right, is it still allegedly soliciting?) in that bathroom?

    @Rooo sez BISH PLZ: I don't think they're ever going to drop her. Because like all their biggest players, she is ABSOLUTELY CONVINCED that she's right. That's the scariest part. She isn't just doing this for entertainment value or publicity. She's so fucking sure that she is right about everything that she will not drop it even if it looks like she's going to lose followers.

    That is the kind of true believers most political movements have to grow in vats and brainwash from birth to get. Sarah Palin will never be dropped. We'll be hearing from her till we're all old and crusty. #sarahpalin

    @redqueenmeg: While not the sole reason, apparently, people do that quite a lot. About upwards of 90% of Down Syndrome pregnancies are aborted. But it still stands that I wouldn't want some stranger to tell me how to handle a situation like that. #sarahpalin
