Turns out, our dreams came true in 1991, when one Mr. Gregory Nahas filed a patent for such a product (tag line? "When overeating / Touch my nose / Watch my thighs / How big they grow), calling it a "Diet Aid Doll." Alas, the anorexia-inspiring toy was never brought into production. Which means all we're left with is this sketch that accompanied the patent application to mock. [Inventor Spot]
