Dr. Katharina Widenhorn-Mueller thinks so: the researcher reports that research into the effectiveness of a healthy breakfast for young people shows that boys report being in a fouler mood if they go without a morning meal but many girls do not. Well, we may not be kids anymore, but going without our morning meal and coffee can put us into a horrible mood.
