She is said to have taken the photos after a county prosecutor gave a lecture at her school, Licking Valley High, about taking nude photos of minors. According to Ohio law, parents or guardians may take or possess nude photos of their kids under certain circumstances, but there is no such exemption for minors taking photos of themselves.
