    Finding something funny in the worst things doesn't lessen terrible things. It doesn't mean you think the bad things was worth it because you were able to laugh. It doesn't mean the bad thing in, and of itself, is funny. It means that we, as humans, find ways to heal ourselves and laughter is one of those ways. Humor helps us deal with horrific circumstances.

    I remember, much like Sally Draper, being horrified as a child that people were laughing at a funeral. But laughing at funerals and wakes and during shiva is actually a part of celebrating the person's life and is a final gift from the deceased.

    I agree with the rest of her comments-- humor is a great too for getting through tough times. This quote may just be poorly worded.

    Some things cannot be made funny, even if you retain a sense of humor about life in general.

    Cool Lindsay, you know I probably couldn't design a professional high-end line either. But you know where most normal people learn? College. You should go. I think it would fix a lot of your problems. Until then, while you get to learn in the professional sphere while the rest of us would get fired for it, I'm choosing to ignore you and your mother's pleas that you're "just a 23 year old girl" and that you should be left alone. #lindsaylohan

    H&M, I'll resume my love affair with you once you eliminate the freakish neon section of your store, and change up the cycles of the designs. I went in to look at jackets, and I found three that were identical to one I had picked up two years earlier, but in ~different colours~. Yawn.
