    Tyra's forced, grim smile and repetition of "YOU SAID IT CYNTHIA I DIDN'T SAY IT" makes her seem totally demented. Way to bring even more negative attention to the issue you claimed not to want to discuss, Ty.

    Also, Cynthia McFadden really ought to be able to pronounce Paulina Porizkova's name correctly. It's right there in front of her and it's not like Paulina was one of the biggest supermodels of the 1980s or anything. Sheesh.

    Oh I hope we are we getting an ANTM recap? :D

    Tyra, if someone as historically tactless as Kathy Griffin can answer questions about her pedophile brother with class, then you should be able to answer a question about some ladies that you fired.

    Does she think she's above the hard questions? As if that question was even particularly hard?

    Oh and seriously, Tyra with the "I interview people" response? You have a daytime talk show where the interviews generally involve you relating topics back to yourself or being judgey mcjudgeface to "controversial" guests. That DOES NOT qualify you as some hardhitting journo.

    There are few celebrities I would LESS like to PR for than Tyra Banks. Because even the celebrities that are viewed as even crazier than she (think Ozzy Osbourne, Megan Fox, etc.) well, that gets incorporated into the PR strategy. Tyra crazy, but still wants people to take her seriously, so you can’t really incorporate too much of that crazy into her media interactions/presentations. With Tyra, everyone loses.

    @rednrowdy: And she had done so in the past on ANTM, when they've had to give interviews and some of the contestants "did bad."

    Plus, saying "she's not gonna go there" 10 times is the worst possible way to go about this. It just makes people think oh wow there must be some really juicy gossip there she doesn't want to "go to."

    And "why did you say it"? Because it's the interviewers job to say thing, formed as a question, and expect you to answer...?

    @JessaFields: at the same time, perhaps she might face litigation if she comments on the termination or separation of a former employee. I imagine that's why they negotiated to not address those issues from the start.
