I've been gearing up by watching old episodes of Star Trek (the original, obviously) and swooning over Kirk, then splicing my Netflix Instant with new episodes of Heroes so I can swoon over new-Spock.     The Lady (who is adorable as puppies and kittens), when she lifts, becomes a sweaty snarling vixen. it's unbelievable. I recommend weight training to everyone I know who wants to lose weight.
