    Explain me this, ladies... I saw the Demi Moore pic that Ashton snapped while she was steaming his suit. When did any type of underwear that's not a thong become Granny Panties? Those suckers are bikini briefs. Just because your ass isn't hanging out does not make them ugly panties.

    I was flipping through the boyf's GQ this weekend and almost dropped the mag when I got to the picture of Emma Roberts. I haven't been following her career closely, but the photo of her sans bra coupled with a few lines about her first onscreen sex scenes was a bit shocking. I mean, wasn't she just Nancy Drew?!

    (My mom, by the way, in the 60's and 70's, was 5'8" and 98 lbs- so she wasn't judging people for being thin, obvs, it's calling something a size 0 that she has a problem with)

    I know, I KNOW, SXSW brings a lot of good publicity and out-of-town money here every year... but I'm so glad it's over. Now I can find a spot to park downtown again, and also don't have to get as stabby about poser-hipster morons overrunning my favorite dives and restaurants...


    I'm just a curmudgeony old Austinite at this point. Damn kids need to get off my lawn. But they can keep that music turned up... so long as it's good music.

    I randomly went to see Knowing this weekend. I was like "WHAT. THE. FUCK." for the ENTIRE movie. Nicholas Cage has lost any acting skills he previously had and has most definitely gotten some plastic surgery. I should of spent my money on the bromantic love of Paul Rudd and Jason Segal.


    Does any one else want to feed Lilo a nice helping of "shut up, stop partying and go do something productive with your life"? I mean, I used to like her but now she just seems really desperate for sympathy.

    @formergr: Peggy Sue Got Married? Moonstruck? Wild at Heart? maybe he was just lucky to star in a few very cool movies. I think he looks (and acts) just plain weird in everything he has done since.

    I sort of fell in love with Josh Groban when he was on Never Mind the Buzzcocks. Each to their own if his music isn't your thing (I'm not a fan) but he seems like a pretty nice and funny person!
