    I love Karl but he cannot possibly have beef with Audrey. She is fabulous. Jean-Pierre Jeunet is fabulous. The ad is fabulous. Her comment about the rainboots, ditto. I'm sure the film will own. STFU, Karl.

    Like LaToya, I bought a special hat for my mother's funeral. Like her's, it had a deep brim, low over the eyes to act like a form of veil to hide behind. After the funeral I gave my hat to a charity shop as I could not bear to wear it again.

    In the first few days after he died, while watching all the grief and sadness from his fans, I asked my mom if there was any living performer, that if they died, she'd feel this way about(She loves, loves, loves Michael's dancing but was never a mega-fan) Before she could answer, I thought of someone and it actually pained me to even say it: Bruce Springsteen. What can I say, we're Jersey girls.


    In any case, it's interesting for me to see the reactions from his fans because I've never felt that way about someone who I wasn't related to or knew personally. But it just goes to show that some people do have the power to transcend those lines.

    @EkaterinaBallerina: This grieving is kind of foreign to me because MJ stopped releasing music during my lifetime and the majority of what I know about him is the parodies, scandals, etc. and not the amazing dancer/singer that he was. But for me, I think when Ringo/Paul McCartney both die it will be horrible because it would mean a definitive end to my favorite band.

    @venegirl: I've been thinking about that too, with all the MJ news, that I'll be really upset when Ringo and Paul pass (hopefully a long time from now). I think what makes this one especially hard to deal with is the suddenness of it (well... as sudden as it can be when someone has gone through as much as Michael has)
