    @Elopingthemilieu: Well, I went a few months back, and found the ladies to be warm and welcoming, and I'm going to try to go this time too! I hope you're up to risking it -- I know that "knowing" we're nice isn't really the point, but we are, I promise! As I suspect you are, too.

    New Yorkebels, I don't often have access to the Facebook (I never use mine, and I can't access it at work.) Could some of you very kind and illustrious ladies please PM me a few days before we do a meetup?


    I always feel really blindsided when it's like 4:00PM on a Friday and I'm dreaming of catching my bus and outta nowhere BAM there's a NYC meetup on the Jez mainpage. It'd be nice if I did it the right way--y'know, using my Facebook--but it's sometimes not an option for me.
