She's not a woman! She was created by two adolescent boys who mixed a stack of Maxim magazines with a can of Red Bull and zapped the lot with an electrical charge that was filtered through a laptop illegally streaming girls gone wild 47: Hungary. #meganfoxhate

It's called Brachydactyly type D, or "BDD". It's also referred to as "Clubbed thumb".
This is the genetic clubbing of one or both thumbs. The thumb is short, round in section and bulbous at the end, with a very short, wide nail.
It's genetic. I have them, my dad has them, and they're not freaky or gross.
Thank you for listening! #meganfoxhate

It doesn't look gross to me at all - seems pretty unique, really.
@PoisonPixie: No, I think she really does have a "clubbed thumb"? I've read that before. #meganfoxhate

1) Maggie Gyllenhaal
2) Christina Hendricks
3) Scarlett Johanssen
4) Anne Hathaway
All of them beautiful beyond words, and wildly successful.
New theory, please, Ms. Fox? #meganfoxhate

Sorry, what? I was just listening in on a meeting at Maxim.
While men and women, in general, tend to find different pop stars attractive, it irks me that men's opinions are (as ever) the gold standard, and women deviate based on nothing but jealousy. As if they could have their own standards of beauty, or judge women the same way they (often) judge men, with personality brightening or dampening physical appearance. #meganfoxhate

1) Press exceeds actual film roles=overexposure
2) Media comparisons to (everyones favourite Goddess) Angelina Jolie = backlash by AJ fans of which there are too many
3) Sexy pictures/out of context sexy quotes= Unrelatable to the masses (though I like her brand of crazy and have said some similar things but whatev)
4) Film characters one dimensional blow up dolls= disconnect (can't love a character that has no characteristics)
5) Her beauty and sexuality have been used as a selling feature both to gain roles and a fan base = Women's dislike.
Number five is what is trying to articulate but is unable to understand well enough to say it so she calls it jealousy because she is pretty without realizing it is a little more than that.
I can give her the benefit here because she wants a career and has hired the people to help her acheive that and trusted their judgement and guidance. It's like, I can't do my taxes so H&R block does but if they fuck up I'm the one the gov't goes after but I have to trust them because I cannot figure that crap out myself.
As always there is more to a story than what you see or what you want to beleive. People's bias against her is set in and as much as this article indicates something else is happening people will ignore it because they don't like her. Vicious cycle I feel for the kid. #meganfoxhate

You may be beautiful, but no more so than other, far more talented actresses like, say, Kate Winslet or Anne Hathaway, neither of whom feels the need to tear other women down regularly. #meganfoxhate

I think one of the reasons I love Jennifer's Body is actually because of Fox. Because she managed to look like this embodiment of the current male fantasy...and yet play a completely subversive character fucking with that very concept.
Sometimes I think we're so used to women self-deprecating, pleasing, and constantly trying to win us over all the time (especially when they're in the public eye) that when someone doesn't do that we're kind of shocked. Women who look like her usually go out of their way to try and come across as non-threatening.
And since I feel like being honest...I don't hate her, I actually kind of like her...and I am totally jealous of how she looks. I'll never look like that, and though I know it' s not all naturally occurring, and I know there are other things in life that matter more...there is a part of me that wonders what that' s like. Because to me it seems a bit like a gilded cage. #meganfoxhate

I don't agree with her statements either, but I also don't get the impression that she's actually claiming all women hate her because of jealousy. I think that might be what some people hear, but I'm not sure that's what she's saying. #meganfoxhate

I don't dislike you because I think you're a whore who is trying to steal my boyfriend. I dislike you because I think you'd stab me in the back and step on me just to prove you can. You're prettier than me, I get it. Stop talking about it. I don't dislike pretty women, I dislike annoying women who are always telling me why I should like them. Show don't tell.
