OMG. Why does everyone hate Charlie??? I LOVE HIM. I was major pissed when they killed him off. Kate is the most annoying character on the show now.

I realize they've been making Kate's character difficult, but in her same situation, I can't say I'd do anything different. Can you?

I had a dream I was on the set of LOST last night and they were filming and all the actors were there and I got cast as an extra. And President Obama was there and he told me that we had enough lawyers, I should be an actress because I was a natural! It was a great dream. Sorry, this was slightly off topic.

On topic- I love Claire. Especially in the flashback when she had dark hair.

@Oceanic: it was a good one but it got cut short by having to wake up. I was actually at the set of the LOST beach campsite last week. Spoiler alert- Eko's church is still up and intact. Makes me curious.

And this bit may be a SPOILER, even though it's been out there for years:

Damon said way back in Season One that Aaron is the key to it all. ;) Of course, Damon also Foilers when he feels the need to do so, so who knows?

I don't watch Lost, but she was also pretty annoying in Brick. Evan Rachel Wood or, hell, an unknown could have done great in her role.

Um, last time we saw Claire she was maybe-dead and hangin' out with Christian Shepherd in a cabin, looking stoned as hell. Somehow I think "Where's my baby?" might be the LEAST pressing of the questions she must address.

I like Claire so I'm glad to see her back. Lost jumped the shark on the "My Baby, My Baby" issue with Kate sometime back. Sure, "My Baby, My Baby" episodes are the worst (look what they did to X-Files when Scully went baby crazy) but Claire can't be as hateful as Kate in this regard.

@Penny: re: spoilers - especially with a show like Lost, I want to learn things and have them unfold in the way the filmmakers intended. That's why spoilers suck, because they ruin the narrative. I don't think this was a particularly shocking spoiler, though.

@Penny: I JUST STARTED watching Lost ... I'm like halfway through season one, so I get kind of upset when I read "spoilers" like these. However, I've heard enough about the show from obsessed friends to know that principal characters will die, but time travel is involved, so maybe everyone will come back? GAH I'VE ONLY SEEN LIKE SIX EPISODES! Anything is possible!

@laetitiae: Aaron's babydaddy is Thomas, her artist ex-boyfriend. Widmore has some of his paintings, so there's an island connection in there somehow.

I still want to know how Walt killed all those birds and could summon things.
