Perez Hilton: I am a feminist. I have the 19-inch arms of a feminist, the strength of a feminist, and the knowledge to know that i use that strength to unite not divide. With that said.... if you think you deserve sympathy for getting punched in the face.... stop talking about a woman's miscarriages and how fat they may or may not be. Because if you keep on doing it you might find yourself getting punched in the face again.

Does anybody else think "Buried" sounds rather tasteless? It is one thing to try to bring awareness to the situation in Iraq; it is another thing to use it as crass entertainment (which seems to be what this movie does). Maybe I'm wrong.

2) I love how you've praised yourself in an apology

3) The definition of "reclaim" is "to bring back to a right or proper course; reform." So one can, say, reclaim the word "pussy" or "cunt" as both words were originally inocuous. However, "faggot" was always a horrible hateful word, so in the strictest sense of bringing it BACK to proper use: Fail #1. Fail #2: you used the term hatefully, so you're not even reforming the definition of the word as one could do with, say "nigger."

In conclusion: ASSHOLE! (I'm reclaiming the word.)

@LaComtesse: TECHNICALLY the word faggot means small stick. My mom had this contraption while she was in Campfire Girls called a "faggot finder" where you'd put all the small kindling sticks you found. Unless he was calling him a small wooden stick, however, it fails to be any sort of reclamation. You can't reclaim a word while its intent is meant to be hurtful. Like I can jokingly call myself a bitch, but if I call someone else a bitch when that person is being, er, bitchy, that's not reclamation in any sense.

There are many aspects to a word and that word has been reclaimed. To my knowledge, the F word has not been reclaimed by the gay community.
