    I wonder about how the Oprah cruise works--do you have to take your own vacation time?


    I can't imagine that everyone wants to spend their two weeks a year with the people they work with...even if it's free.

    I wish that too, but if Jon is looking for an apartment in NYC and he doesn't have a job, then how do you think he's planning to pay for it? Methinks having cameras following him dealing with the divorce.

    When did putting fish in aquariums cause them harm? My beta fish lived a long and enjoyable life. My other beta fish was eaten by my cat...but that's not much different from living in the open sea.

    1. Lily Allen - Perhaps you should stop talking shit about everyone...then maybe you wouldn't have such a hard time proving that you didn't say the things they claim you did. Quite frankly, I believe you said those things because its your personal history to do so. Reputation is a bitch, eh?


    2. Nicole Prody - Please, please, please seek therapy. Anyone who voluntarily shacks up with a murderer is not in their right mind. I can probably guess her childhood without ever meeting her based upon that fact alone...and it was NOT a good childhood. That being said, FUCK OJ SIMPSON. He is such a fucking sicko.

    @sebluver: I have it on good knowledge that it's not that fun to work on her website/magazine, but I don't have details.


    I will say, though, having worked with the employees of a lot of famous people (though never getting to meet said famous people, alas), it's hard. Even when they are very nice, it's still a top-down organization and you have to follow the whims of the leader.

    @TheLittlestChicken: And I have to say, while an all-expense paid cruise would be phenomenal, the LAST people I would want to take it with would be my co-workers! I love a lot of them, but others not so much, and for me vacation is all about decompressing and leaving the job behind.


    So while the cruise would likely be fun, it really wouldn't be a vacation per se, especially if working for her is the pressure cooker I've heard it to be. It'd be more like a very long extension of a really good corporate holiday party where they've rented out a great venue. Fun and a nice opportunity for your family, but you're still with your coworkers...

    Did Katie Lee Joel just wake up one day and realize her husband is 33 years older than she is? I can understand differences but she didn't think that 33 is a big age difference and there might be some problems?
