    Who's the girl in the jump picture? I love her dress and she looks reaaaally familiar. This post makes me want to go watch some K-dramas! I still haven't finished watching Bad Couple or Goong!


    I will still never forget the time I walked into the little neighborhood mini mart owned by a Korean family and the lady at the desk had Coffee Prince on! I squealed with delight and the lady was totally freaked out by this white chick knowing not only what she watching but who some of the actors were. Now she recommends me things to watch all the time and we stand around chatting.

    The bits of Koh Joon-Hee which we can see (head and arms) look too wee for that dress which means that she must have incredibly long legs or really big shoes. Or stilts.

    It's cold in Pee-A today, and I am fervently wishing I was wearing Andre Kim's blanket-coat right now. It looks so cozy and comfortable! Plus I am currently working some lovely pms bloating, and would that piece be the perfect fat-day item or what?

    I actually find the construction of Yoon Se-A's dress really fascinating. The color is gross, but I think it's made really well.

    @Ana La Tejana: Yeah... after seeing this I promptly told my roommate that I want to die and be reincarnated as a Korean movie star. Each woman was more beautiful than the last, or rather, I just kept being shocked by how gorgeous each of them was. Movie stars everywhere are lovely folks, of course, but jesus. This is ridiculous.

    @Annabellie: Ha ha. That's my answer anytime someone asks me how you can tell Chinese, Japanese and Korean people apart: Koreans are the pretty ones.


    But for real real, doesn't this make you wonder how they never manage to find an attractive Asian woman on ANTM? Or on American television in general for that matter?

    @MizJenkins: Why would they need to search? They have Lucy Liu. She's like the go-to girl to represent EVERY Asian.


    I think it's maddening too! Why isn't there a show with an Asian cast...the first and last was Margaret Cho's sitcom and that was eons ago.


    Television is so white-washed lately. It's crazy that you have to go a least 15 years back in time to find MORE diversity, when it really should be the other way around.

    I actually like Yoon Se-A's dress.

    The problem at the moment is it blends too much with the background so it doesn't pop. It would be so gorgeous if it was in black . . . or if the background was black.
