    Wait, what? I'm also confused by the "shareable" part of Trojan's pitch. I'm going to break the packet in half and give one of them to... whom?     It always bothers me how people want to adopt dogs that they saw in the media. I volunteered at the Humane Society and whenever a dog was featured in the newspaper or tv as up for adoption people would come in wanting the dog. What happens when it was already adopted? They'd mostly just turn around and leave.

    There are *so* many animals out there in need I am not necessarily against spending the money and resources on a larger number of animals instead of just one. #condomad

    Jill Berry I think that is a wonderful idea if in the same breath you tell girls that it's okay if they don't beat themselves up for rushing to get married and have children in order to focus on their careers. The point should be don't beat yourself up for choosing your choice. #condomad

    @Triana Orpheus: I'm sort of concerned that she used the words 'lesser job.' I assume she just means a job that makes less money or is only part time. Or raising children. Or running the household. Or all three. Calling any of these 'lesser' is why Daddy can't be expected to make dinner, or Mommy doesn't get to decide where they go on vacation, because he's got the 'important' job. #condomad

    The Red Arrows are fantastic, they used to come to Weymouth/Portland every year, it was always a childhood highlight.

    This reminds me of another great female pilot, Marta Bohn-Meyer, the first woman in an SR71 Blackbird. Mach 3!



    Sadly Ms Bohn-Meyer crashed a private plane while practicing for an acrobatics championship and was killed. #kirstymoore
